Keynote speaker: Will Waller 
Will sustained a gang-related gunshot wound at the young age of 18 which left him permanently paralyzed. He overcame severe depression and became a leader in the business world. He has competed with Cleveland Wheelchair Cavaliers, Team USA Bronze winner 2010 World Championships and 2012 Paralympics! He will be discussing Leadership, Diversity and Coaching.  Will is passionate about the NWBA, Will Waller Wednesday's at Akron Public Schools and NWBA and Toyota.
