About the Speaker
Marcie Nithang is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 20 years of experience. Her passion is working with clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, as well as helping families and couples heal relationships. Marcie is also a registered yoga teacher which has helped her learn how the mind and body are interconnected and how to address "mental" health holistically.
Topic: Women and Sleep Attendees will learn how the quality of your sleep impacts your physical, mental and emotional well-being. We will explore sleep issues unique to women. We will discuss how nutrition, exercise, sun exposure, as well as other factors affect sleep quality.
