Join members of the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce for lunch the first Thursday of the month. Each month we will hear from an expert on various business-related topics.
This month we will hear from Frank Favaro. Frank is a passionate CX (Customer Experience) coach with 20+ years of leading the field across multiple competitive industries and excelling in B2B & B2C leadership and sales roles. Frank discovered that regardless of sector, prioritizing the customer experience was the successful formula for growth, happiness, increased profits, and making price irrelevant. Ultimately, giving more had a tremendous impact, which inspired him to discover his purpose for serving others, and led him to CX Coaching. “As soon as I put my focus on helping others get the results they wanted while investing in human connections and interactions, my career took off. The greater I served, the larger results I received”. Frank has stood out from the crowd by prioritizing Customer Experience and delivers a documented record of achievement in leading notable businesses to remarkable growth. In his previous role with one of the nation’s top mechanical contracting firms, he was an essential part of increasing the service company business by 600% over 42 months.
Frank is obsessed with continuous improvement and relishes working with leadership teams to implement the proven turnkey methodology. Frank recognizes the hurdles businesses are up against and vows to help them win. Speaking of winning, Frank was an Ohio state wrestling finalist and captain of the 1996 state and national champion Walsh Jesuit Wrestling team. Frank is engaged in the community serving on the Stow Schools Foundation Board & coaches the Stow youth wrestling program. Frank is an avid health and fitness enthusiast and loves spending time with his family in his spare time.
